TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Course bookings can be taken by telephone, email or post. Once you have booked the course you will be liable for a 25% fee in the event of cancellation. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course you will be liable for 50% of the course fees. If you cancel less than two weeks before the course you will be required to pay the full course fee. Postponed or rearranged courses will attract an administration fee.

You will be charged in full for the number of delegates you quoted at the time of booking.

Extra delegates will attract further charges.

You will be asked to confirm your booking by email and we will respond with a course booking confirmation.

You will need to make us aware of your payment procedures.

Courses can be delivered at your premises or our premises.

There will be a minimum of six candidates for each course or you will be charged for a minimum of six candidates.

For First Aid At work courses the client will need to have three rooms or spaces available for the exam.

You will advise us of any medical conditions that the delegates have.

A maximum of 12 delegates per course are allowed. If you require more than 12 places you will need to advise us so that we can make further arrangements.

Invoices must be settled within 28 days. You will be charged administration fees and recovery fees if you fail to make payment. The management will decide the amount to be charged and this is solely at their discretion.

Certificates will be released as soon as payment is received.

We will charge extra for repeat invoices and any administration that is outside of our normal procedure.

Candidates must adhere to the following conditions or they may be asked to leave the course:

Candidates should be fit both physically and psychologically for attendance on a first aid course.

Any candidate that fails to revise for the course or fails to make progress may be removed from the course with the consent of the person making the booking.

Where courses are conducted on your premises the premises must adhere to the standards set in the Health and Safety At Work Act.

All clients making bookings will agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

We will respond to you within 7 working days. We prefer to resolve the complaint with you because it will help us to prevent further incidents and improve customer satisfaction. We are happy to receive your complaint but we will not tolerate racism, abusive language or threatening behaviour. We reserve the right to take action where your complaint is unduly detrimental to our reputation or contracts.
